I am a new patient.
I am a new patient, coming from a city with really good doctors. Dr. Ramasamy seems to be knowledgable. She really listened to me and seemed to respect the fact that I am the one who ultimately decides and that her duty is to guide me and explain when I'm wrong. What more would I want?

Appointment
So rude! I called for appointment and was talking to the receptionist. The receptionist was not knowledgeable about the insurance. Dr Ramasamy overheard the conversation and the receptionist transferred call to her. I asked her a question and just voiced my concern and instead of saying “I understand your concern but we are not comfortable doing it here”, she rudely said “I cannot help you with that. This is how we do it here”. This was all while I was just calling for the appointment. If she can’t even acknowledge my concern before even I am her patient I don’t know how rude she would be once I am already her patient. I can’t trust her that she would be concerned about my health. Not going to that office and not recommending it.

I liked my first visit with Dr. Ramaswamy. She reviewed my medical history and took time to listen. She is ver caring and doesn’t rush me out. She cared for me. I would highly recommend her.

My mother sees her and she wouldn't trade her for the world. My mom has a multitude of health issues and Dr. Ramasamy is always calling to check in on her. Not the nurse calling, but the doctor herself. I'm going to see her tomorrow.

Earlier this year I was hospitalized on a Saturday afternoon and that evening and the next day she was there to check on my condition. Very professional and feeling she cares. Provided referrals as required.
