Constantly 30-45 minutes late.
Zero respect for the patient time. Constantly 30-45 minutes late. He needs to get with his schedulers and set more realist appointment windows.

Could use improvement
Nice enough, talks a lot but doesn't listen well. Was having issues with dizziness. Only asked if I drink caffeine. When I told him a couple cups of coffee in the morning, he said it was probably that. No further questions were asked. Waited 1:15 minutes for phone appointment. Was having problems with side effects of medication and wanted to discuss options. Seemed annoyed that was what I needed to discuss. Brushed me off and said he would need to get back to me. Never did. Call lasted less than 2 minutes. I do not trust that I can go to him with an issue and have it addressed properly. Part of problem is that Kaiser doesn't allow enough time for physicians to treat patients properly so they are forced to rush appointments in order to reach their quotas.
