Dr. Diana Gorokhovsky, DO

Dr G keeps getting better. I’ve been her patient for many years and she has always given me excellent care.Her office is spacious and new and extremely comfortable. I appreciate the feeling that she knows who I am and remembers my history.

We needed Stat testing. She and her staff made it happen. Her staff is amazing at getting the job done correctly. What an amazing doctor and staff.

Just went to see doctor however she was on vacation and I saw the Nurse practitioner Barbara Kelly - she was excellent- she was extremely knowledgeable and professional - answered all questions- so grateful for IDL Medical - thank you

Dr G & Nurse practitioner Stephanie Wechsler are perfectionists & angels. I have been seeing Dr G for 11 years. I travel 1/12 hours to see her. Perfection is worth the travel. I have never had a more devoted and kind doctor. God bless them.

Dr. Gorokhovsky takes time to answer all of my questions I have been going to her for probably 10 years and have full confidence in her

I am now a former patient. In 2020 the doctor had me sign a living will in spite of the fact that I already had one done by a lawyer. My supplement, Cigna denied the claim so I paid the balance after Medicare. I requested a copy of it and it’s worthless because it is not witnessed or notorized. On another visit March 18, 2021 they billed Medicare twice for the same visit. First they called it an office visit and then billed them again as a wellness exam and were paid twice. Also the doctor did not do thorough exams. I would not recommend this doctor or her office.

This is a second review. I have been seeing Dr. Gorokhovsky and her staff for about 2 years. Various problems that needed attention. They were on it immediately. They are great. Easy to get an appointment. Minimal wait time, great front desk, the staff is terrific.

My husband & I & many friends in our neighborhood all have been seeing Dr. G for years & very happy we found her. She spends a great deal of time with either of us on every visit and goes the extra mile to help solve our problems no matter how long or how much effort it may take even beyond the office visit. She and her staff are very caring and helpful with brief waiting times an added bonus. We’d give her 10 stars if we could.

We are mew patients of Dr Gorokhowsky. It was very easy to get an appointment. All staff are wonderful. She is treating my husband for many things & she has provided excellent care so far. He has more to be treated for & it’s all in place. She has ordered a nurse to check on him at home & to receive physical therapy. We could not be more pleased with the care. Some of the negative reviews are petty & could be easily resolved. Don’t let this decide not to see her. You will see when seen.

Just an update. If you have any criticisms, the office will drop you as a patient while denying any wrongdoing instead of trying to fix some back office problems. I went to her office twice about my back problem in addition to seeing a chiropractor. I received my prescription for Medrol from CareSpot. Yes, I did finally get the script for an MRI.

I have never experienced anything like what has happened at dr. Gorokhovsky's office. When my husband and I first came we provided Medicare and secondary insurance and both were accepted. In January we received $200.00 bill. I contacted my secondary insurance and was told that the claim was never submitted. I contacted billing which is handled by IGOR and as told that I have to pay the above amount or I would have to look for another doctor. Igor claimed that insurance payment was not enough and he expects patients to pay. PLEASE avoid this office. They want to milk their patients. Anyone can find more decent, honest, respectful and much better qualified Dr. than Dr. Gorokhovsky

Best family practice I have ever been to!! Terrific staff great physician and nurse practitioner!!Recommend this practice highly!! Very accommodating to my family’s needs and myself.

In all my years I have never had a doctor that I treasure as much as Dr. Gorokhovsky. She is an excellent diagnostician and I only wish I was able to see her for any and all of my medical needs. The staff knows me for a long time and I am treated with the upmost respect ALWAYS! I can’t understand some of the undesirable reviews that I have read. It seems to me either these people were having a bad day or as I have found some people just like to complain and nothing or anyone will make them happy. Thank you so much Dr. G and everyone at Idl Medical, you are all the best.

Dr. Gorokhovsky and staff are fantastic. I have been a patient for five years, and three years ago, I moved to West Palm Beach and still make the commute for my family. The office is pleasant and efficient and well worth the drive.

Dr. Gorokhovsky is my regular gp. How many doctors today do you know who take the time to talk to you in detail about your illness or if need be your life. Who seems to truly care about you the patient and makes every effect to cure you or find someone who can and will help you to get well. Her name is Dr. G.

In response to Dr G...this absolutely occurred and it all happened the Delray medical Center...at the hospital, not in her office. This in no way is frivolous. It’s real and I stand behind my word.

Dr. Gorokhovsky Is a fine doctor and a wonderful human. Her office manager is all business and won’t work with you.

Dr. Gorokhovsky is very through with her exam. Detailing each health concern separately. Dr. Gorokhovsky is very caring and compassionate physician treating your whole being. If you are looking for a physician who will listen to you and spend time with all your needs please make an appointment to see Dr. Gorokhovsky.

Have no doubt she is a competent Dr. but her back office is incompetent. I have been verbally abused by her office manager and lied to by her staff. They charged double procedures to my insurance company. They have no way of communicating with other Doctor’s, patients or medical personnel except through fax. On the day of a major surgery I received a hand written note giving me 30 days to find a new doctor in 30 days. No reason given . I have never disrespected her or her office people. RUN!

Honest, friendly, straight-forward. Staff is friendly and generally just awesome.
