Cold bedside manner, dismissive
Dr. Ho wanted to get out of the appointment as fast as possible and dismissed my concerns that I was referred to her for. She did not speak to my concerns at all and told me to go back to my PCP. She had very little empathy and a cold bedside manner. I left my appointment feeling worse than when I arrived.
