My first visit with Dr. Kraft went well. She listened and asked a lot of questions. My second visit did not go well. She called 15 minutes late and was rushed. She interrupted me and seemed to want me off the phone ASAP. It was not professional. It could have been a bad day but then that could have explained to me.
