Don't miss your appointment!!
I have been a patient for over 15 years. I canceled my every 3 month visit over the covid pandemic. Didn't think I needed to chance getting sick. I was told I needed to come in to renew my maintenance prescriptions I have been on for years. I came in and was told I would have to find another primary care physician because I had canceled the appointment during covid. So it seems she dropped me because by being cautious about my exposure she couldn't charge my insurance. Seems very money driven.$$

Made an appt. with this office and was told my insurance company requires I come in every year. This did not sound true to me so I called my insurance company and they told me it's not true. Don't believe what they tell you at this office!

I have been seeing Dr. Lozano for 20 years. Most of the time, there is very little wait time. Sometimes a PA will see me for the visit, but at least 50% of my 6-month checkups are with the doctor. She is attentive to the requirements--always mentioning if it is time for a mammogram, flu vaccine, colonoscopy, bone density, etc. I can't get away with anything!

Wanted "annual physical exam." Had to make preliminary office visit (they billed my insurance as two encounters) and follow appointment to inform all lab results were normal. Both occasions they took my vitals. Never had to remove a single item of clothing. No ear, throat, or eye exam of any type.

I had a great experience. Short wait times. Genuine care and concern from the staff. Rosie, the NP, is who I talk to. She's fantastic. I'm completely comfortable with her.
