Was asked to wait 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. Horrible office staff, the one secretary was claiming I didn't have an appointment and was arguing me, but then a different employee found my name on the schedule. Complete mess of an office and very irresponsible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Once again my complaint is for the office staff......I requested a referral and they told me "We will fax the referral to your Dr., don't worry "...and here I am, waiting for the referral they never faxed So now I have to wait for it...such a headache with this people

Very bad experience with this Dr. I had an appointment at 11:30, and I was told at 2 o'clock that she was not going to see me. Totally disrespectful with her patients, and unprofessional. If you make an appointment with a doctor and it's confirmed by her staff there is no excuse for something like this to happened.

Beware if you have Medicaid ! Original appt was 5/20/17, dr portilla rescheduled. New appt was made for 5/27/17.PCP refused to go over bone density scan and X-ray results because I came in for emergency visit on 5/23/17 for headaches and blurry vision. Was told by pcp to come 5/27/17 for results. Did not receive pneumonia vaccine as I am due. Waited 1 hour 45 min to be seen. Was told by dr portilla only patients with private is who pay $400 get seen quicker in other offices.
