Dr Wong is very thorough and she took the time to listen to my inquiries and concerns. I value her opinions and advice. Her advice has also benefited me both medically and financially. I have recommended my husband to see a doctor within the Facey group and he has since started his medical improvement journey with a doctor within the group. We are both relieved that this medical group are professional and thorough in its care and practices.

My provider is great and really easy to talk to and ask questions. However, I feel that the follow up for appointments or post-op appointments need to be better scheduled. I had to reach out for a follow up appointment regarding results from surgery and blood test.

Love Dr Wong! She's the best and listens. Just wish it didn't take almost 3 months to get an appointment. I realize it's an annual visit but 3 months is too long. I tried to get an appointment in mission hills to and couldn't even schedule an appointment. Seems crazy to me.
