I gave "good" instead of very good. Comes from being in management for decades. Giving very good doesn't leave any room for improvement or being complacent. So here I would give all very goods to DR Book and staff. Especially DR Book she's better than very good. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to be apart of this survey.

Dr. Book is extremely skilled in her profession. She took over an hour with my elderly mother and was able to diagnose where others never entertained this condition. In my professional opinion, I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Told my daughter whom she had never met before, "did you walk your mom back from the ledge?" During a hospital visit. Grossly unprofessional conduct.

Dr. Book does not spend enough time with family and patients. When asking questions she answers very brief. I also think she has a certain amount of time with each patient and when that time is up she will not allow you to ask any more questions and leaves.
