I was a patient for many years and thought I had a good GYN because she was always pleasant. I was 40 when I was diagnosed with fibroids 3 years ago but the only option I was given was a hysterectomy with no explanation why. My excruciating pain and spotting between periods was never addressed after the initial diagnosis, not even with so much as meds to help my pain. After seeing a new GYN, it was discovered I have large masses on both of my ovaries. I want anyone who goes to Dr. Boykin to get a second opinion if you know something is wrong and feel like your concerns aren’t being addressed. Don’t be fooled like I was just because she’s so pleasant.

I have been going to Dr. Boykin for over 10 years, and she has always been incredibly professional, kind, helpful and positive with concerns and questions. She and her staff somehow remember me even though I only come once a year, which is very impressive. She and her staff have always made me feel comfortable with every visit, and I have always appreciated how quick she is. I love the themed socks in the exam room, and her tasteful artwork. I highly recommend Dr Boykin, and I can't imagine going to anyone else for my Ob/Gyn needs. It does take awhile to get an appointment for an annual checkup, but be aware that if it there is ever an issue - her team will make sure that you see her quickly as needed.

Find another Doctor! Beware patients, if you scheduled an appointment and you are running a few minutes late she (Dr Boykin) does not have a grace period. She does not care if you are having car trouble, if there is bad traffic, if you’re coming from the other side of the world! She won’t even ask why you were late. She is the most insensitive, dry personality, nonchalant doctor I’ve ever come across. I should have stopped coming a few years ago once I moved but since I’m familiar with her I sta

Although new to practice I found Dr. BOYKIN to be quiet pleasant, very attentive, and engaging. I am looking forward for future visits. In addition, her staff was very polite and also attentive. Overall, very satisfied with my visit.
