the only doctor who knows what she's doing
Dr. Kidric interpreted the specimen from my breast biopsy. She was the only one in my care to realize and admit that the radiologist (Dr. Maureen Charette at Midcoast Hospital) had made a wild mistake and had taken tissue from the wrong part of my body. If it weren't for Dr. Kidric's careful work, I wouldn't have realized that I had a false negative. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kidric for catching Dr. Charette's error and being the only doctor involved with my care to tell me the truth and enable me to seek out a different radiologist.
