Dr. Magliulo has a wonderful way with patients. She’s willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and I’ve always felt that I was being heard. She remembers things I’ve said previously, even if a significant amount of time has passed, and she really tries to understand. 5 stars for this experience. I gave the rating that I did because her front desk is absolutely awful. Rude, condescending and, truth be told, incompetent. I’m willing to tolerate it because of Dr. Magliulo but I wouldn’t blame you if you couldn’t.

To have an experience would be the ability to get in contact with the doctor or her office. Every single time I have called the phone rings out. It is as if no one works there. I am a middle aged woman with hearing issues. My Otolaryngologist told me I need to get my primary doctor to for a referral for a different specialist. I went to the office and no one could get me the referral or in contact with Dr. Magliulo. This has been an ongoing issue since I started coming here over a year now.
