I went to see her in November with a cold or the flu. I did not have insurance. I asked how much it would be, I was told 88 dollars. I paid, cash, the 88 dollars. three months later I got a bill that stated I owed another 25 dollars. I went there and was told that their paperwork changed, they had use the wrong paperwork. So I owed an additional amount. She is a nice doctor. No complaints there, but her business is crooked. Do not trust them.

I spent 2 wks going to Dr. Parrett's office to get treated for an infection that did not get treated appropriately. After 3 visits in the same week I should have been sent to a specialist b/c they had no idea what it was.I ended up in the ER having emergency surgery within 3 hours of entering the ER. It has taken more than 10 weeks to heal the wound site & I have at least another 6 months to fully heal. This historically has been an amazing office but has seemed to fall apart in the last 5 years.

She is great! Takes time to explain issues no matter how big or small. Won't just hand out unnecessary meds. She will give guidance on just about any issue you have and is always smiling and kind!

Dr. Parrett has managed my family health care for 20+ yrs. During my appointments she is one of the most caring ,patient, thorough doctor I have ever met. She makes sure all your questions are answered and takes as much time as needed with her patients. I was in a serious car accident and I don’t know how I would have made it without her and her staff’s compassion and care.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Parrett has managed our family H.C. for 20+ yrs. During our appointments she is one of the most caring ,patient, thorough doctor I have ever met. She makes sure all your ?’s are answered & takes as much time as needed with her patients. My husband & I were in a serious car accident this year and she not only has been our ROCK but has been on top of our care better than the specialist! Her staff is also superb! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr Parrett's passion for others has decreased over the years. Her staff comes and goes and the group right now lack empathy, talk down to their patients (not just myself), lose messages, don't return calls, forget to make referrals. It's really sad to see this office going downhill but Dr Parrett is probably overwhelmed with the lack of organization from her staff. Takes months to get an appointment and I have waited over an hour multiple times.

I personally am not a patient of Dr. Parrett but a friend of mine is. My friend has gone thru the death of her husband and is not and continues not to handle it well. All Dr. Parrett has done is give her meds for her anxiety, offer counseling but not followed thru with it and basically sent her on her way. My friend now is in critical condition because of the lack of caring of both the office personnel and the doctor. This person is not a caring or compassionate doctor.

Dr. Parrett has one of the most unorgonized staff I have ever encounterd. They are rude and uncaring and cannot get information to the right people. Dr. Parrett herself is aluff to patients needs.. has way too many patients if it takes 4 months to schedule surgery. Thats how long it took me and I am still waiting! She puts patients on controled meds and decideds one day they no longer need it and does not refill..thus leaving patients to go thru unnecessary withdrawls with no explantion.
