I have been a patient of Dr. Diane Rennirt for nearly 20 years. What I love best about her is she can diagnose problems immediately and hit them spot on. She gives options for natural therapies when appropriate. Since starting her concierge practice, she spends a solid hour with me and lets me bring a list of topics to discuss. I can call her 24x7 (and have called her off hours). We can now email and text her and she is highly responsive. Love, love, love being a patient of Dr. Rennirt's.

Have been a patient of Dr.Rennirt's for a number of years now.During this time, she has focused on my needs and general well-being.If a health issue arises that is beyond her expertise, she connects me with other health specialists that can address my needs. I highly recommend Dr.Rennirt and plan on being her patient in the years to come.

Since Dr. Rennirt transitioned to her concierge practice, she has so much more time and attention to give to her patients. I’ve seen her twice since the transition and she spent nearly an hour with me each time. She is putting some additional and more in depth services in place that will help her patients assess their health and take better care of themselves. She was always a great and caring doctor, but her new practice has only magnified her ability to provide quality care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rennirt for many years and with all my health issues she has taken excellent care of me. Never hurrying me through my visit and answering all my questions. She has also helped me get off most of my insulin and I truly am greatful. she is a wonderful doctor.

I have been with Dr. Rennirt since 2012 after a friend practically forced me to change primary care physicians (even called the office for me) when my current PCP at the time was ignoring my needs. And I am so glad my friend had my back. I was going through the loss of my mother after a horrible long-extended illness. Also, my father was ill as well. My PCP at the time would not acknowledge my depression and anxiety related to my circumstances, but Dr. Rennirt did and so much more. She has been very understanding and addresses my questions and concerns always. I am relieved that she has found a setting that makes her happy. I feel that my healthcare is even more so curtailed to me and is not bureaucratized by a hospital-owned business. The monthly service I pay for is justified by the care I receive, and I could not be happier.

I love Dr Rennirt I saw her at her new practice and love it and all the staff. Dr Rennirt truly cares about her patients and she does not rush through her visit with you now that she has more time to spend going over any concerns you or she may have. I am so thankful I was able to continue having her for my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Rennirts for 10 years and she is by far one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever met. She takes her time to listen to concerns and to explain the treatment. Her abrupt departure from Baptist was out of her control. She planned to separate from them but was planning on doing so over time so that her patients would be taken care of. Baptist did the sudden closure, leaving her patients without access to care. She remains the caring, knowledgeable physician that she has always been.

Dr. Rennirt has been my physician for several years. She has provided excellent care to me as well as many of my family members over the last many years. I find it concerning that so many of her former patients do not understand the limitations placed on doctors by the hospitals. Many of her reviewers are upset about her leaving Baptist. She made a heartfelt attempt to move her practice to Baptist only to discover that Baptist would not provide the support needed to run her practice. She seems to have been made the villain in this situation, when in fact it was Baptist that created the problems. Being a nurse myself, I understand what goes on behind the scenes. I am grateful that I was able to find her new practice and follow her. Her new practice has been wonderful. It has a great atmosphere, the staff are wonderful and she continues to provide outstanding care.

I was a patient of Dr.Rennirt for almost a year. My prescriptions were coming up for refill when my pharmacist contacted me that they were unable to get a hold of my doctor. I attempted to contact them myself and no answer not even able to leave a message. I received a letter on December 29, 2020 notifying me she was no longer with Baptist Health Medical Group as of December 17, 2020. I am insulin dependent and have high blood pressure. The prescription I needed refilled were insulin and blood pressure not to mention my diabetic monitoring supplies. I am retired and on a fixed income and cannot afford to follow her to her new practice. The stress has become almost unbearable trying to pick a new physician to go to. I am rationing my insulin in hopes that I find a physician to see me and refill my prescriptions soon. I trusted Dr. Rennirt with my whole heart and she deeply disappointed me. Way to end 2020 and Start 2021.

Dr. Rennirt closed her practice (on or before 12/15/2020) with Baptist Health without informing her patients. We only found this out when we tried to get an Rx refilled on December 15th. We were told her office was temporarily closed when the pharmacy could not reach her to get approval. With my wife's medical issues and medications this created an unnecessary "emergency" and scramble to find a new doctor which we can not see until January 6. We finally received a letter that she had left Baptist at the end of the month. I see her behavior as both unprofessional and uncaring.

I was relatively happy with Dr Rennirt. She was my elderly Mother’s Dr which is how I came to be a patient. My last appointment was in November at which time she advised some follow up labs and scheduled some wellness procedures. Same as others, I find she left this practice with NO communication. Thank her assistant Kelly for the heads up and helping at least get a refill. Shameful. Does Baptist Health bear any of the responsibility?

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Rennirt?
I have been a patient of Dr. Rennirt for over 10 years. Recently, by word of mouth, I learned that she plans to abandon her traditional practice in favor of a "boutique" practice in which patients will be charged a monthly fee for access to her services - that's over and above fees covered by insurance. While the doctor is certainly free to manage her business as she sees fit, she has apparently abandoned all of her current patients. We are apparently on our own to obtain prescription refills, and other non-visit services. We have had absolutely NO formal notice of the change in her business model. Is this any way to treat long-time patients? I don't think so.

Dr. Rennirt is very professional and caring. I was referred to her by my previous physician and am so happy that she is my physician. She is knowledgeable and cares about my health and recommends following a healthy lifestyle. She is good about referring to specialists as necessary. I have referred several of my friends to her.

I was supposed to get some follow up labs during the pandemic lockdown. I called the office to see if we could delay them, they said no problem- nothing urgent. She then canceled all my prescriptions and forced me to go in to do completely unnecessary & non urgent labs, during a lockdown pandemic. It was a complete power play and thoughtless.
