Dr. Dianne Cheung, MD

I would not recommend Dr. Chung. She does not listen to her patients. During multiple visits both in person and virtual she does not give the opportunity to voice your concerns. She will rapid fire through results and flippingly share diagnosis’s with little care. At one point when I explained I believed I had concerns around my thyroid she told me it was just acid reflux until she received my results and confirmed there was an issue with my thyroid. She doesn’t take family history into consideration. Then will proceed to push for outdated and ethically questionable weight loss organization. My last visit was truly the last straw. She cut me off multiple times when attempting share symptoms she wasn’t aware of. I eventually was able to stop her to share it. Then when I attempted to continue to explain my biggest concern she cut my off again to tell me that she knew what the concern was. She then proceeds to same something different than my biggest concern.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cheung’s for over ten years. She is very knowledgeable, proactive, and caring. She explains things really well and she’s very patient. She is very up-to-date on the latest research and she shares her knowledge with her patients to keep them educated on their condition. I highly recommend her!

This doctor is awesome! Dr. Cheung is a definite diabetes warrior. She at first visit saw my numbers that I had been trying to change but could not, she said, "this is unacceptable." She put me on a program and dropped me from over 400 to normal in a weeks time. My medical group changed and I was unable to get back to her. No one else has been the same in my diabetic walk. Dr. Cheung also helped with my high cholesterol levels, when I had a bad reaction to the traditional medication for it. She is an incredible Endocrinologist.
