My visit went well, the Dr. took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns. He wrote a prescription that was denied by my insurance but then later approved. I saw the Dr in late June and as of Aug 2 I have yet to get my medication because the pharmacy can't get the Dr's office to confirm that he prescribed that medication. Nobody seems to care enough to follow up, the state of healthcare in the RGV is sad at best.

The doctor and all his staff were very professional very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to any friend or any coworker.

Diego Aguilar Palacios is a great doctor, my appointment was at 8:30am, I was seen by him, he preformed my procedure I was out the door by 10am and was able to go back to work. If you're looking for a Urologist your in good hands with him.

Was referred to this doctor, they rescheduled my appointment without notifying me. I had been at the hospital for passing a kidney stone. Came in to my appointment and they told me that the Dr said he wasn’t going to see me even though they were the ones that canceled my appointment without notifying me. The lady in the front desk was helpful trying to get the doctor to see me but he refused. Never again!!!

I found out I had a tumor on my kidney and was referred to dr. Aguilar-Palacios. After he reviewed my scans, he was confident that it was a serious situation and did not hesitate to schedule me for surgery. Surgery went well, recovery has been well, and dr. Aguilar-Palacios answered all of my questions and was there every step of the way. I truly appreciate him and believe he saved my life by removing the cancerous tumor before it spread.

I am forever grateful to my doctor for his exceptional expertise and successful treatment in curing my prostate cancer. His compassion, knowledge, and excellent surgery have given me a renewed lease on life. Highly recommended
