Disappointed
Our family's experience with Dr. Bonilla during our loved one's ICU stay was deeply unsatisfactory. Dr. Bonilla was largely absent, delegating communication to residents and showing minimal personal engagement. When he did interact, it felt rushed and lacking in empathy. We felt pressured into decisions, particularly regarding hospice care, without adequate support or understanding. His communication lacked compassion, adding to our distress during an already difficult time. We expected better care and support.

Very professional. Excellent clinician
Dr. Bonilla is absolutely incredible, patient, and caring. Excellent bedside manner is willing to listen to all concerns. Knowledgeable, very interested. He explained everything in detail and took excellent care of my family member. He is always attentive and helpful.

Dr. Bonilla took care of my mom after she had a bad complication of her condition. He was very professional and attentive. He took the time with my mom and me to explain everything in detail.It's hard to find a doctor like him these days.
