Doctor is a good guy, but the practice, not so muc
I have been going to Ramtown Medical for years. Has been acceptable, but I am leaving to goto a place with better front desk/office communication and practices. Dr. Morreale has told me that I need to get to a specialist, but keeps forgetting to give the referral. The front desk/office fails to communicate. I've been billed for copay, but you cannot enter until you have paid your copay(never pay cash for your copay/get reciept!) They fail to inform you when making appointments that you are required to wear a mask, inwhich they will not provide. They instead demand that you to goto the local pharmacy. Letting a patient know little things like that are simple and respectful. That way you don't get pushed back in queue for being late after going to the pharmacy. They require you to pay $1 per page of your medical records, but I agreed to pay it and was told that they will let me know when and if I can have them. These are things that will ruin a practice and patient confidence.

Dr. MORREALE is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable . He is caring and listens to me. He is very patient and spends alot of time with me. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Morreale is an excellent diagnostician. He is thorough in his examination and he takes as much time as you need in explaining your symptoms and the diagnosis. His friendly manner is comforting when you are not feeling well.

Super nice doctor. My only fault about this office is the wait time as it takes a while to see the doctor even with a appoinment. Otherwise I highly recommend this practice!

I moved to Brick, NJ 1 yr ago- I was looking for a GP in the area - as I am driving around, I saw this sign RAMTOWN MEDICAL CTR - went in, asked if they were accepting new patients. They said Yes. The 1st visit was Dr. Mr. Maria Polizzi, she had me get blood analysis, the 2nd w/ Dr. Morreale, and all the following visits. He is Top Notch - "Cream of the Crop" - excellent Dr. - He is caring, attentive, very personal, down to earth, & truly cares, I highly recommend him as your Primary Physician.

Both my husband and I go to Dr. Morreale. He is the best of the best. He takes the time to explain everything and takes the time needed. He has helped my husband tremendously and for that I am forever grateful.

Dr. Morreale is a good doctor and a sweet man. My 1 star is not a reflection on him it is because of the office staff. I switched to this office 3 years ago when my insurance changed and that office has seriously screwed up every prescription I have ever needed. They have messed up the dosage, pharmacy request, forgotten to renew at all!!! It is always a mess and a fight and it is just ridiculous that people cannot do their job.
