Dr. Diego Rielo is my father’s doctor and my doctor. I trust him completely. He does not treat justva condition. He treats the person fully. I am blessed to know him. And I refer him all the time.

Dr. Diego Rielo lacks professional ethics, and worst of all, he does not care about his patients. He had to see me again (follow up) after a visit, in order to and give me the results of my test and see whats was going on. First the follow up appointment was given to me within 2 months after the test. Come the day, it had to be rescheduled one more month, after that, i called to confirmed the appointment, and guess what, I found out that dr. Rielo no longer will be treating patients. Beside that, the staff every time I called the office, they acted whit a big indifference, they do not take the patients seriously and above all, disrespectful. I do not know how this kind of "professionals" can be hired by prestigious insurance companies.

I am so pleased to have found Dr. Rielo. He actually listened to my concerns and prescribed as needed. I have read about the front office being difficult but have found just the opposite. I have no issue with them and am so happy with Dr. Rielo.

EXCEPTIONAL PHYSICIAN Dr. Rielo was exceptionally compassionate and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to be listened to verses talked at or rushed out. He was humble and truly cared, as did his staff! I highly recommend Dr. Rielo as he is someone you can trust which is rare these days. Cindy

I whole heartedly agree with the other reviewers; the doctor is very knowledgeable, and personable and gives of his time, but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude, short, bark out instructions, and do not like to be questioned or challenged. If Dr. Rielo was not recommended by another physician whom I have known for years, I would go to someone else. Your office staff is a reflection of you, Dr. Rielo, they need to be better trained.

The doctor is accurate and patient friendly unlike his office staff that has absolutely no idea that people go to a neurologist because they are in pain mental and physical additionally they are working with elderly caring for elderly have limited resources and need some caring and understanding also a certain level of compentency in administration would be a novice idea !! This is a big negative for an otherwise nice doctor !!!

At least the Doctor deserve this stars, his services & the way to treat his patients is way better than rest of the staff, they're are very rude, don't know the word customer services and they act like they're doing you a favor. Was referred to this doctor by my pcp not too long ago and basically I just asked for my records back due to the way they treat me as a patient and as a person. Simple they shouldn't be there as front staff for what I see this doctor is going to loose few patients.

Unfortunately, the doctor's staff is truly not empathetic to chronic migraine sufferers. Despite your need for guidance and service, you will have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment or a simple phone call. Tragically, migraines just won't wait for an appointment and there is no hope for you until you get an appointment despite being a long time patient. Staff just does not care and isn't very polite. Urgent Care or the hospital is the only option in the interim which is unacceptable.
