Awful psychiatrist
Telehealth
She did not take my concerns seriously, she mocked me and implied that the stuff I was going through was easily manageable. She has no empathy, is judgmental, and is very dismissive. Waste of my money, you’re better off finding help from someone else.

Look elsewhere
She laughed at my concerns when I had asked for an adhd screening and did not look at me during our telehealth appointment and was late to all 2 appointments that I scheduled with her. The second appointment was the last appointment I had with her. She was not only late but she could clearly see I was going thru something and all she did was tell me she could not help and she could not continue working with me. She did not provide any services…all she did was tell me she cannot help me anymore. This is something that could have been done with an email instead of charging me for no services and no explanation. If you cannot help ppl with telehealth appointments then dont offer these services. She is the reason why people do not reach out for help. Complete waste of my time and money.

Kind empathetic and patient
I trully appreciate Dr. Nguyen. She is an expert in her field and listens to the struggles and needs of the patient. I have been struggling with mental health for decades and I feel heard. I am thankful to have found her.

Outstanding Personal Care
Doctor Diem Nguyen is an outstanding Physician. She is unpretentious, kind and caring individual. Very well educated and knowledgeable regarding PTSD, Depression etc... She will offer a variety of treatment options and together you will choose the best option for your personal situation.

Refused care due to previous ADHA diagnosis
ADHD prescription plus previous alcohol use apparently makes a person unfit to speak with someone about being a better version of themselves.
