Too busy, I guess
I've been trying to get my hernia fixed for the last year and a half and there's always a reason he has to delay. (he has an out of town wedding, his office thinks he might be ill but not sure, all robotic equipment is busy now, etc.). In the meantime I am in pain and my hernia is getting worse. He came highly recommended and perhaps he is good but I can't get him to find time to do my surgery. I wish he would have just told me he couldn't do it last year and I would have found another doctor. Now, I just met with another doctor and he is scheduling a new CAT scan since this one is over a year old.

I had a laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with Dr. Hennings and I am very happy with my results. Initially, I saw another surgeon who wanted to do the surgery open, but after some consideration I decided on having my surgery done laparoscopic for a variety of reasons. Dr. Hennings is kind, listened to all of my concerns, and gave an explanation of my anatomy that I understood. Would highly recommend. His staff is very kind and very approachable.
