I was a new patient. Waited 1 1/2 hr. He had 20 patients waiting on waiting room/ no AC and the receptionist never call to confirm appointment. The receptionist was doing front and back job. The office was really duty...rooms are duty...Once Dr. Patel took a look at me "He said why your here" . I have all my previous records. He took a quick look and got his gloves and pull out the drawer the tools to exam me. I really don't think he disinfected the tools that he used on me. Overall Doctor took with me 5 minute and then he said you Hernia. You need to call your primary doctor and tell him you have Hernia. Horrible experience. Hopefully I will never go back to him.

They say they will contact you within 2 weeks to provide you with your results but then forget about you and you eventually have to call and all I got was “everything is okay” but no further explanation on what kind of cyst I have and so on nor did they ask me if I wanted a copy of my results and I’m now dealing with an other issue and th y have me going back and fourth with my insurance.
