I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Pitovski and his staff at the Wilmington office. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Great Physician
Dr. Pitovski is one of the best physicians that I have ever visited! Professional, warm and courteous with a great sense of humor, very thorough in his examination of my condition. He took ample time to explain his diagnosis and to answer all my questions, and to fully explain his treatment plan. He is wonderful!

After suffering from nerve damage due to a tonsillectomy, my taste was severely affected. Everything I ate was extremely bitter tasting. After consulting with a number of doctors who offered me no solutions, I found Dr. Pitovski. He and his staff are so caring, and he was able to prescribe a treatment plan that has helped me tremendously. I thank God for this very wise and understanding man!

The reason for this review is Dr. Pitovski was incensed that I was questioning a medication he prescribed for me (the medication packaging did not say it was used to treat the ears), saying "Who's the doctor and who's the patient here?" What an ego? What a colossal ego. Maybe that was something that happened 30 years ago, but this is a time when patients are encouraged to be their own advocate.

Dr. Pitovski was extremely thorough and reviewed my difficult case. His suggestions for discovering the root of my problems was unique from all previous doctor exams. He works hard to find a viable solution. I highly recommend him.
