Dr. Kondrashov is the best dr. He did my cervical surgery i’m in the process of healing but, the surgery itself was excellent post op day 1 I didn’t feel any pain on my surgical site. . He is very personal and individualized his care. He will call you post op day 1 which is not usual for other institutions. He personally checked me after my surgery during my recovery period yo check if everything was well. He’s office staff are all great specially her assistant Roxana she responded to all our request post op and every visit she is very accommodating.

Dr Kondrashov is very kind, caring and a brilliant surgeon. My husband and I have had 5 very successful surgeries with him. I highly recommend him for spine surgery.
