Bad cataract surgery outcome
Though Dr. Zaveri is VERY kind I do not believe she is very proficient. She gave me a VERY extensive pack of papers listing every possible complication which was a great 'informed consent'. At 1 point I asked if she could put my cataracts BACK IN my eyes. She did tell me I might still require glasses. I did & she gave me a prescription. When I got my glasses they made me feel drunk & gave me headaches. The optometrist RE-EXAMINED my eyes & said she'd 'written the totally wrong numbers for the left eye.' She ALSO put me on eye drops for glaucoma. Several months later I went to a new Opthalmologist who said I showed 'NO EVIDENCE of glaucoma'. This doctor's prescription was totally different from Dr. Zaveri's AND the optometrist. THOSE numbers were almost HALF of those of Dr. Zaveri's prescription.
