Great Doctor
I love Dr, Diehl! I will admit that I’m a very high maintenance patient and she’s never once made me feel that way. She is extremely responsive and caring. She has been a giant help on helping me balance my hormones. I highly recommend Dr. Diehl.

MR
Dr. Diehl has been my primary care physician for over 5 years. I am surprised to see some of the negative posts, but I have to remember it was while a pandemic was happening.

My husband was one of the most difficult patients you could ever meet. He saw many different doctors .Dr Diehl was the best and most patient doctor that took excellent care of him, he had the upmost respect for her. I was very impressed on the care that my husband received from her that I’m now a patient and wouldn’t go anywhere else

I need to vent in a big way !!!!!! Ok so a couple months ago I picked a new doctor to replace my old internist who was the best I called and made sure they were on my plan Explained I wanted to make an appointment for a physical and all I asked if I needed to fast for blood work and told yes I get there today filled out the stack of paperwork and get called in by the nurse - no hello i am so and so nothing We go in the room and still no name I asked her instead My bladder was full as you normally need a urine sample and asked about the sample as I said I had fasted all day as I know they normally do this for a physical She was we have you down for an assessment or something like that I was like Um no I made an appointment for my annual physical took a day off from work and fasted She was well let me see what’s going on and just left me there She never came back so I went out to the front desk and told the lady how upset I was and I was not staying as this was wrong

I can’t believe the negative review that I just read about Dr. Diehl. She is just the opposite of the way she was described. She is extremely nice and seems to have a sincere interest in my health issues. The review I read had a problem with her typing. She does make thorough notes and on your follow up visits, she has all the information from your previous visit. I highly recommend her!!

My husband and I saw Dr. Diehl very few times. Her lack of communication involving a diagnostic mammogram left us with unanswered questions; bills sent without itemization went on, w/o ANY returned calls, and w/o sincere responses from the office manager. In attempts to call, the receptionist on two occasions said: “Dr. Diehl ‘don’t do’ phone calls” ... I wrote this down and complained to the office manager. Her rehearsed, monotone explanation (refused to address uneducated response of receptionist): “Dr. Diehl only makes phone calls to check on her patients when needed”. Never once was she concerned as to why I required the callback - Diehl NEVER called. During two appointments with Dr. Diehl, she constantly typed, apologizing for being late, never looking me in the eye ... my husband & I agreed she could have been privately texting for all we knew. We weren’t assured of anything. Most patients require a good bedside manner. Diehl lacks any bedside manner at all.

Dr. Diehl always spends the right amount of time with me at each of my appointments. She is so very kind and thorough. I am so glad I found her! My only wish was that she had more availability for appointments. I usually have to wait several weeks to get in.

I was referred to Dr. Diehl by my rheumatolgoist. She is very personable and attentive. I value a doctor who I can tell values their health as well and you can tell she takes care of herself as well as her patients. The only pitfall is she isn't in the office every day on several days during the week so it can be hard to get into her, but she's worth it!
