Dr. Dina Hansen, DPM

While taking my father in law for weekly visits to the Wound Care Center I find Dr. Hansen to be extremely knowledgeable and an excellent professional. She is caring and attentive always providing alternatives and offering solutions to the complex issues that my father in law is experiencing. Thank you!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Hansen McCoy for almost 3 years now. She and her staff are PHENOMENAL! However, before I go on and on about how awesome Dr. Hansen McCoy and her staff are. Let me first express that my opinion of the medical profession as a whole is dismal at best. I don't put doctors on a pedestal and hero worship them, in fact 99% of the time I bring them down a few pegs. She has qualities in abundance that are VERY rare with most doctors. She listens, doesn't dismiss you, works WITH you and value's you as a person, not a case. She has amazing insight with diabetic wound care, amazing "knife" skills, a wicked sense of humor and never rushes anything. The staff at the Palm Springs (Congress Office) are equally phenomenal. They are very efficient while at the same going out of their way to get to know you as a person and make working with them a dream. I would whole heartly recommend Dr. Hansen McCoy and her staff.

I came to her w/ many leg and feet issues she dealt w/ them one at a time. Now I have no problems like before. Had a FEELING SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT EACH OF HER PATIENTS. I have referred her to friends and say they feel so good after the treatments. THANKS AGAIN DR HANSON AND STAFF

Dr. McCoy is a very well experienced Podiatrist in my opinion. She takes the time to answer your questions and concerns and you do not feel rushed at all. Her Wellington office is beyond superb, her front desk lady is amazing and caring. I always feel so at home when I walk in.

Dr. Dina McCoy is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate podiatrists I have been fortunate enough to be cared for by in all my 64 years. Two years ago I lost my left leg due to poor, substandard wound care.. Two months ago Dr. McCoy thankfully took me under her wonderful care saving my right leg. I left a more senior and experienced doctor to see Dr. McCoy, at the recommendation of a mutual friend (who is also a physician). What a difference a smile and a sincere interest made. The other guy couldn't get out of the room fast enough while Dr. McCoy patiently listens, contributes and educates. I'm driving 45 mintues to her, but when it comes to health, it's time well spent. Her support staff and medical assistants are also on point. I stood at the check out counter for no more than 2 seconds when a woman acknowledged me and said someone would be right with me. Look no further, you deserve a physician like Dr. McCoy.

I saw Dr. McCoy for 2 months of weekly visits for wound care. She's nice, patient, knowledgeable, thorough, explains procedures, asks and answers questions. She's super! The staff is kind, friendly and efficient. Super! Thank you Dr. McCoy and staff!!

Dr.McCoy is incredible. I have been dealing with a Char Cot foot for a little over one year with a serious infection in the bone in my foot. I have been in the hospital seven times between Christmas 2017 and June of 2018. I have been on IV for six months of that time and nearly lost my foot twice during that time. I was referred to Dr. McCoy by my regular podiatrist as a last resort. She was phenomenal. She saved my leg. She is an incredible professional, and extremely caring and kind.

Dr. Dina is amazing! She was patient with me and cured what I thought was a never ending fungal/viral foot issue that I had for years in just a few months! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly doctor who will get things done.

Dr McCoy's attention to detail when seeing my 83 year old mother was miraculous after mom's primarycare care failed to recognize her Non Healing wound of over a month was infact a pressure ulcer & mom's underlying problem of Venous Insufficiency had to be addressed more seriously! Praise God for the compassionate care now for weeks & the renewed hope my mom has to get well & be able to still be independant, we are so thankful that Dr McCoy does Not treat any patient routinely but as individual!

Having an ankle fracture needing surgery was a scary experience for me, but I can honestly say that Dr. McCoy was the PERFECT surgeon to help make the experience the best it could be. From assessment to surgery to follow-up, I know I couldn't have asked for any better. She helped me to "be brave" and see that "we" could get through it via her expertise and care and my willingness to do what was needed to heal. Thank you very, very much to Dr. McCoy and her staff.

Dr. McCoy is such an incredible listener. She really gives you her honest opinion, time frame and options for treatment. Was so impressed by the time spent she spent patiently repeating if needed. I certainly recommend her to anyone who requires her expertise.

Horrible customer service at this office. I had an appointment and called for over 20 minutes to get directions and left a voicemail but got no callback. When they finally answered the phone, they refused to see me because it was already too late. So I was penalized for them not answering their own phones for almost half an hour of me trying to get a hold of someone. Completely unprofessional and I will never give them my hard earned money if that's how they treat people.
