Dr. Ratti listens and demonstrates caring, and competence. He has called my husband personally to check on him, and to be sure any difficulties he encountered were overcome. He's a wonderful physician, and we are grateful for all he has done.

First time I met Dr. Ratti was in the hospital when my spouse was his patient. He always took good care of my spouse. Always listen to me if I had an opinion, even though my spouse didn’t want him to know, he was very good dealing with my spouse who had PDST. My spouse always liked him and my spouse was very picky about doctors, my spouse was a retired Oncology Nurse ?????. First time I remember, I got to be a patient, when I had a medication reaction, my resident doctor and him, I should say Team also had a hard time figuring out what was going on with me. They treated the hives, nausea, dizziness, vertigo, etc. Dr. Ratti is the one that figured it out, although he did get a second and third opinion (Team) on it because this was going on for a while with weekly appointments. He discovered I was having a full blown migraine. I had no history of migraines. I give him five ?? just figure that out because I was miserable for weeks. He was so caring about what I was going through.

I was frustrated trying to get my mother into an internal med Dr, had appointment with another internal med Dr and because we were 10 min late due to uncontrolled circumstances we were sent home with new appointment 2 months later, we then went to see Dr Ratti and were very pleased with him , friendly, profesional , personally returned follow up on phone, seems to be very interested in his patients
