Life changing
My sister suffered a spinal chord injury after being hit by someone running a red light. She had chronic pain and was on high doses of Fentanyl and Oxycodone. She went to see Dr. Ingberman because the prescription drugs were not helping. Over a 4 month period Dr. Ingberman gradually weaned her off the opioids and used acupuncture to treat her pain. It was amazing to see her return to a clear thinking individual who was able to manage her pain. Dr. Ingberman is kind and compassionate, but also direct and honest. She never promised any miracles, but the help she provided was wonderful.

Life-changing
I took my daughter to see Dr. Ingberman for IASIS microcurrent neurofeedback therapy to treat AD-HD, anxiety, and depression and it has been a life changer. She is happier, more focused, her grades have gone from failing to As and Bs, and her anxiety is no longer holding her back. I was worried I would have to revert to medication, but not anymore!!! Absolutely recommend!

Saved me from surgery!
Dr I was absolutely incredible and has changed my life. Living with chronic nerve pain, I had two top specialists tell me I needed major invasive surgery to resolve. Dr I completely fixed it (I am down to under 3% of my previous pain) in only 5 sessions. I cannot recommend her enough

Excruciating Back, Leg and Foot Pain Vanished
Dr Dina works true magic!! She reduced my persistent and life-altering pain from a level 10+ to less than a 1. Over the course of several months, Dr Dina administered acupuncture therapy to me for sciatica, a bulging/slipped disk and nerve pain shooting down my entire right side. After months of PT, steroid injections, and others unsuccessful treatments, Dr Dina’s acupuncture was the only intervention that worked and boy did it. She is the most caring, thoughtful and effective Doctor I’ve ever come across and has given me a life free of constant pain. A true miracle worker with a huge heart who really cares about her patients.

Improved pain!
I’ve been seeing this doctor for about 2 1/2 years. The first time I saw her, I had significant arm pain, and she recommended prolotherapy to treat my pain. After two sessions, my pain greatly improved and in a month it disappeared. Also, over the last few years, I’ve had lots of foot pain which has been increasing every year with my age, and I asked Dr. Ingberman what she thought and she also recommended prolotherapy for my foot. Again, she treated it in a similar way as my arm and improved greatly. I’m very grateful to Dr. Ingberman for providing all these services which really helped decrease my overall pain.

Thorough Patient Care
In 2001 I had a routine colonoscopy and since then I have had a colostomy, reversed colostomy, recalled hip replacement , bowel obstruction with dissection and many other surgical complications and a stroke. My case is complicated and in searching for doctors I struggled to find someone who paid attention to my history and started new treatments and experimented only making me worse. I visited Dr. Ingberman who thoroughly examined me and gave clear instructions for each problem and medication. I feel considerably better and am eager to continue with her thorough expert care.

A league of her own
Dr. Ingberman is an excellent, thoughtful and compassionate doctor. What I love about Dr Ingberman is that she brings variety of treatment options , combining leading medical technology with traditional acupuncture to provided real solution for pain management. I discovered Dr. Ingberman through the IASIS micro current neurofeedback website. After few sessions using micro current application and acupuncture, my chronic migraine has subsided. Prior to treatment, I was experiencing daily headaches and could not function in my daily life. So much has improved after only few sessions. I am so glad that I found Dr. Ingberman. You are amazing and thank you for all you do.

She is amazing
Through 3 appointments the last four years I avoided ankle surgery which several drs recommended. I went from a walker to walking golfing and swimming. I can do stairs too. The pain is alleviated and she cancelled an appointment one year over the phone knowing I did not need treatment so she doesn’t waste your time or resources . I highly recommend her!

Dr. Ingberman was very honest right up front on her approach. She is very knowledgeable on the human body and helped me to understand why I was feeling pain. Acupuncture helped to relieve pain in my lower back and diminished my hot flashes tremendously. I highly recommend Dr. Ingberman if you are having chronic pain.

I saw Dr. Ingberman for six prolotherapy treatments. I recommend this approach over all others which other doctors proposed. I don't think I would have made the progress I have In functional mobility without Dr. Ingberman and her treatments. I recommend her highly.

Incredibly helpful!
I have been seeing Dr. Ingberman for a few weeks for the pain in my neck and shoulders from fibromyalgia and a pinched nerve. I have been getting acupuncture treatments for that and it has helped immensely. My pain level decreased substantially and I feel s much better. Dr. Ingberman is easy to work with and I have been thrilled with my results.

Extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable
Dr. Ingberman was incredibly knowledgeable and I recommend her for anyone who has pain, loss of feeling or numbness in your hand, and other conditions. I went to Dr. Ingberman for acupuncture because I didn't want to have surgery; many people including physicians told me I had carpal tunnel. My hand and fingers were numb and pain went up into my arm, waking me in the middle of the night. After months of numbness and/or tingling in my fingers and hand, which progressively went into my arm with pain, I decided it was time to do something. I went to Dr. Ingberman and told her my situation. She explained how acupuncture works and began treatment that day. She treated me with acupuncture for three days in a row and then twice a week. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised on how the pain and numbness in my arm and hand diminished after just a few treatments. After the first treatment I was actually able to sleep through the night. Now, after just a month, my hand and arm are back to normal!

Dr. Ingberman is knowledgeable in what she does. She helped me to get off Fentanyl and hydrocodone and get rid of my brain fog. With other medications she prescribed me and with acupuncture she helped me to walk better and relieve my back and hips pain. Now I have no or little pain most of the time. My friends and family noticed that I have clear brain again and not complaining of pain most of the time.

After a recommendation from a friend to try Micro Current NeuroFeedback; I found Dr. Ingberman. She provided information and research prior to my first visit that helpled in making my decision to try MCN. I was desperate for help to relieve my symptioms of anxiety, ADHD; and pain from my recent concussion. I started feeing results shortly after a couple visits. She made pain management , manageable; and my symptoms dissipate. While my results are due to a lot of self-care and discipline-- My experience with Dr. Ingberman, her patience, her accomdations to my time limitations; and her knowledge -- keep her on top of my list as one of my permanent doctors in regards to my mental health and pain management. She is instrumental in my current journey and I recommend to anyone seeking similar help, to please reach out to Dr. Ingberman.

She changed my life!!!
Pain first started when I was 17. Pain Medication started in my mid 20s and I am in my 40s now. 10+ years of pain medication. Radio Frequency ablations - both sides of the neck every 6 months. Not to mention all the procedures in my back. I truly could go on and on. I went from not being able to hold my head up by the end of the day to jumping to dancing and jumping while cleaning up sticks in the snow yesterday. Everything has improved. My ADHD, PMDD, pain, energy, depression... IASIS microneural biofeedback And Dr Ingberman are amazing!!!! I officially told my dr that prescribed my pain medicine that I didn't need it anymore. I am weaning off my depression/anxiety med. I stopped Adderrall.
