Surgery was scheduled to remove basal cell carcinoma; however, when I arrived the doctor proceeded to give me other options instead of providing the options at my prior visit. Also, students were allowed in the medical room without asking me first. I'm a teacher and one student was a high school student! Also, the doctor took a cash payment for a deductible that wasn't required. The EOB stated that I owed nothing. It has been three months, and I still have not been reimbursed for the money which was over a 100.00. I keep getting different explanations on the delivery of the funds too.

Each time I had side effects that Super didn’t warn me of or couldn’t explain why it happened afterwards. I broke out in red itchy bumps on my neck because the hydrocortisone prescribed had fragrance in it even after I told her I was allergic to fragrances. Eye swole up too!The office does not return phone calls and I waited 3 hours on my final visit to remove moles that she missed the previous visit. I paid over $800 out of pocket for mole removal and was told I would have to come for a separate visit, bill insurance, and pay a $40 co payment for a blackhead she told me I had in my ear. Only to come in to get it done and she says that it’s not a blackhead it’s a dilated pore and there is nothing she could do to get it out when she is the one that looked at it during a previous visit and told me it was a blackhead!

Dr Super is an angel. Checks you out from head to toe. Listens to your concerns. She has a grand smile that will melt your heart. She treats my whole family and we all think she is number 1. I was cautious of a former dermatologist I had gone to but Dr Super has taken such good care of me. I would highly recommend her because she is truly the best. You are treated as if you are her only patient. Her staff is top notch as well. God bless you all. We love you ??

Dr. Marcus is a true professional. She has a warm and friendly demeanor, and she is very personable. It is obvious that she respects your time and appreciates your business. I recommended her to a friend, and she was also very impressed. Compared to other dermatologists, she is top- notch.

Dr. Marcus is the absolute best. I've dealt with adult acne for many, many years, always at the dermatologist. Once I starting going to Dr. Marcus my face has improved 100%.

She comes into the room like a ray of sunshine and is always kind and understanding....very gentle and compassionate and gets the job done...a very thorough exam that includes places no other dermatologist ever checks. If she thinks it is bad, it is. I was very very pleased and I will continue to go to her practice for exams and necessary procedures....our office staff is efficient and knowledgable as well.
