She listens to her patients and really cares. Her staff are sweet, kind and efficient.

It wasn’t until today that I realized the importance of Dr. Hinds office not wanting to see patients until they received blood work. From beginning to end my appointment was VERY thorough The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. I’ve never had a doctor who was this personable and funny. I think I laughed from the time she walked in to speak with me until I left. Dr. Hinds is extremely personable and I left feeling like family. She truly cares about the well being of her patients and as a young black woman I can TRULY appreciate her patience and thoroughness. 5 star experience!!!

Dr. Hinds is kind, caring, funny, and VERY thorough! I really liked that she has lab work done before the initial visit so she can review with you. She is the first doctor to address my health from head to toe and give me an immediate action plan. Her staff was super sweet and caring as well. Highly recommend!

Dr Hinds, where do I start? Dr. Hinds is an absolutely great and precious doctor. In all of my life , I've never come across a doctor that is so thorough and deeply concerned about their patients. I went to her office and made an appointment and prior to my first appointment her self and office staff made sure I went and had a full blood work so that when I saw her she could tell me everything I needed to know about myself. Unbelievable. Dr Hinds is so caring you would believe that's your mother making sure her child is in perfect health to the best of her ability and she also uses all resources to get to the nitty gritty of the cause of your problem, that's if you have one. Dr Hinds is a great listener and has an excellent ability in explaining your situation in the upmost detail, there are not enough kind and uplifting words to describe Dr Hinds. The staff in her office are so amazing, polite and helpful they go all out for you, big up Ms Venitia. Dr Hinds is 1000 stars. The BEST

Was to,d they took Aetna ppo, but after 2 months got bill from Aetna stating Dr. Hines is not authorized to take my plan. Dr Hines takes other Aetna plans but not mine. I waited 2 weeks before my first appointment with Dr Hines and they said my insurance was verified and to come in. Now getting a bill from Aetna. Aetna said for the Dr office to call them and get set up to take My plan. I called dr hines office many times no help.

I don't think there are enough stars to rate Dr. Hinds! She is truly one of a kind and an outstanding physician. I love that she is compassionate-hard to come by now-a-days, she listens and genuinely cares about her patients! She has excellent bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly.

Dr Hinds has been my doctor since I moved to Port St Lucie 5 years ago. She is a very caring Doctor that listens and understands healthcare today. Her and the staff are exceptionally friendly. I have never had a doctor with such great bedside manner and I enjoy seeing her on my timely scheduled appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Hinds.

If you don't have your bloodwork she refuses to see you. If you are sick & it is not time to have your bloodwork done, you would be better off going to an Urgent Care Clinic. My last visit I didn't have my bloodwork. She refused to see me. I was there to get a step down in my Effexor. I am getting off of it. She had about one month previously given me a lower dose, over the phone without bloodwork. Not this time. No bloodwork, no see doctor. I am now going cold turkey. Rough! Painful!

Prior to Doctor Hinds, I was very ill and declining. A friend suggested that I visit Cleveland Clinic. I found out that I had been misdiagnosed. My friend helped me to find Dr. Dionne Hinds , which has been one of the greatest things that has happened to me. She is a brilliant Diagnostician. She ordered the first HgA1C that I ever had and I found out that I was pre-diabetic which coincided with my family history. Her referral skills are amazing. Every doctor she referred me to is excellent

Dr. Hinds is an exceptional individual who takes her patience concerns and time seriously. This is the first doctor that I've had who passionately assist in all your medical needs and concerns. Their are not enough words to describe this phenomenal individual as she goes above and beyond for her patients!

She needs to find professional staff that is willing to help patient's, that are compassionate and kind. Her staff behave like they own the office. Poor service.

STAFF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND SLOPINESS, WORST PEOPLE EVER

I had been to several other physicians before finding someone who I could be honest and comfortable. She gives tough love. She genuinely cares about her patients and treats the whole patient. Dr. Hinds is patient, witty, and LISTENS. I have been a patient of Dr. Hinds for over six years. When you have not done what was suggested to improve your own health - be prepared for her to chastise. In addition, every specialist she has recommended has been great!! I just appreciate her very much.

Dr. Hinds is one of the best family doctors in the area she is always there when my family needs her

Dr. Hinds is very caring and knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to, easy to get a hold of, and always has an answer for me when I need it.

Dr D is a whole patient doctor. She will take her time to get to know who you are, understand your habits and preferences, and be honest about your medical needs. She isn't one of those doctors who will just write a prescription to get rid of you. She's the kind of doctor who will care about and treat your whole family, and she'll still make you feel like you're her only patient.

Wow!!!!! Dr. Hinds is so amazing and awesome. Dr. Hinds always takes the time to educate her patients about their health. She is always professional, compassionate, loving, kind, gentle, caring, respectful and funny. Dr. Hinds is more than my doctor but I consider her part of my family. Dr. Hinds is truly a great doctor. I have recommended many of my family members, friends and coworkers to her.
