Exceptional
My father was brought to the ER around 9:30pm. He has Alzheimer’s and I live far away so I was really worried. Dr deHaas called me right after seeing my dad (which happened almost immediately after he arrived at the ER!) and was caring and patient with me. He stayed in touch the whole time and made sure I had a chance to talk to my dad. He even used his personal phone to FaceTime with me so dad could see me. Then, as my father was leaving, he took a video of dad walking out and sent it so I could see he was fine. Dr daHaas is an outstanding provider who delivered both excellent care and empathetic reassurance. He truly went above and beyond.
