Rude, cold, miserable
I have never had an experience like this before. I was recommended Dr. Poonia by a friend that saw her years back when she lived in the area. Not sure if something changed over the years, but this doctor acted like I was disrupting her day. She was agitated at my every question or concern and just wanted me out of there. Didn’t bother explaining anything, practically rolled her eyes the whole time while typing things up. Never would I recommend her to anybody. I now see a new doctor at a different organization and am having a wonderful experience. The years aren’t an excuse to behave in this manner. You should be ashamed.

Felt her kind of rude and very poor bedside manners. Staff and nurses are excellent, but felt very uncomfortable with this doctor.
