I have a sister who is severally bipolar/schizophrenic.Dr.Flores rairly sees her,maybe once every 6 months, and is fully aware of my sister’s status and frame of mind.This is very frustrating to family members who have to deal with this terrible situation 24/7 and get NO help/guidance in handling her illness from any mental professionals.My sister should be in an institution where she can get her meds regulated & on the correct dosage.It’s terrrible that family members have NO rights in thiscase
