I needed time-sensitive treatment done and was assured that the office could continue the treatment plan that I had with a previous provider and see me regularly as a recurring patient. This was greatly appreciated, so I stopped looking for other providers and waited on this facility to book me and respond to my communications in regards to shipping my medication and scheduling the appointment. After paying a lot of money to ship my treatment from my old provider, the office called to inform me that they could not treat me, even though no information had changed. I worked with my previous provider to receive intermittent treatment luckily, but when I was ready to transition back to a local provider, this office again went back and forth as to whether my (very standard) treatment could take place. There were so many times that I would call, be told I would receive a callback, and then never hear anything again, which was valuable time that I could've spent elsewhere. Do not recommend
