My experience with you and your team was literally life changing. My procedure went smoothly, was entirely successful and was done with artistic finesse. My surgery was done in the middle of July 2020, also the middle of the pandemic. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. My surgery has affirmed the way I have approached life and is such a relief. It’s like a huge weight has been lifted. I did not expect to find such a world class team locally. Most people, needing this surgery, have to travel to another state or country. The doctors and nurses had great bedside manner. The pain management was quite incredible. Considering the major surgery and plastic surgery to follow, it was highly manageable. I ended up using only one of the oxycodone’s prescribed after leaving the hospital. This Doctor Treated me unfairly and was very Impersonal and hid behind nursing staff avoiding communication beyond initial consultation for Life Saving Surgery. I left with two costly requirements to prepare for surgery. That List of requirements grew impossibly longer for me even though other patients receiving the same surgery had less requirements and seeing him after me, had full surgery. This doctor had zero intention of providing the life saving surgery I needed and Wasted My Life, My Time and My Money While I struggled To meet His Nursing Staffs Demands. After all the excessive can down the road kicking by his staff ended, They sent an impersonal letter signed by upstate urology telling Me I am no longer a Patient and to seek surgery elsewhere. I removed all my teeth without insurance and more as required by Dimitriy Nikolavski and Now he wont do the surgery I need To live my Life happy and free. I have zero options and can never get my surgery now. STAY AWAY FROM DIMITRIY

Dr. NIkolavsky is an amazing urologist. Friendly, professional and beyond competent. He does not rush you to get you in an out as quickly as possible, takes the time to review everything.
