Dr. Petrov placed an artificial disc in my neck between c6 and c7. The next day I felt immediate relief. Dr Petrov and his PA, Michelle Pernat, were professional and extremely informative from start to finish. If you are in need of a neurosurgeon you should set up an appointment with him.

Dr Dmitry Petrov: saved my life very great Dr
Dr Petrov is conservative, thoughtful and highly skilled. He did a double lumbar hemi laminectomy. The operation was a success. I owe my life to this man. I wasn't awake during the operation but he and his team are tops in my book.

I do not recommend this doctor
Dr. Petrov was not very helpful in my situation; I went to him as I suffered a stress fracture in my lumbar spine as the result of a fall. He basically recommended bone strengthening meds and ultimately possible surgery. He had no interest in explaining the degree of my injury. He did not recommend resting which is recommended in everything I have read about healing a stress fracture. I am going to get a second opinion and consulted my Primary Doctor regarding treating this injury.

Dr. Dmitriy Petrov performed back surgery on me exactly a year ago, 06/04/2019. All this time I do not get tired of thanking God and Dr. Petrov for giving me the opportunity to walk, work, and live! Thank You, Doctor!
