Cured my migraines
I have suffered from at least 9 severe migraines a month that I treated with a drug for decades. As you age, constriction of vessels is a less and less safe treatment. Dr. Arbuck prescribed a much safer monthly injection that has ended my affliction with migraines completely.

Don’t do it.
This man is one of the most arrogant “medical professionals” I have ever met. He talks down to his patients, doesn’t listen to their needs and pushes his own agenda regarding his book and private medications not covered by insurance. If you disagree with anything he says, you’re out. Which is insane for someone in this field. He belittled my family member and there was no attempt to even get to know my family member before we were dismissed. To treat someone in a vulnerable or fragile state with such arrogance, full blown superiority complex and lack of any compassion was mind blowing. Do not trust this man with your mental needs. He will only make them worse.

Stay seay
I scheduled an appointment with Arbuck. I arrived at scheduled time. The office staff told me my appointment was rescheduled with a pa Karen clairy. Staff said they tried to call me but did not leave message. I checked my phone and no calls from themshe took me off meds that i had been on twenty plus years i got so ill my husband called her and she told him to take me to a substance abuse meetings and she would not write me any prescriptions. I went to another dr and i was told her treatment plan could be fatal. My husband called office cancelled all future appointments and said we would have any future appointments last appointment was in October. In December i got a letter stating i need to seek care with another provider. And that i owed money. I paid copays that i was forced to pay ny ins was paying 100 percent. My balance is zero i said i need a refund i was told credit was applied due to not giving 24 hours notice. I was in hospital due to their care.

Has his own agenda
Dr Arbuck spent a lot of time promoting his book and not listening to my mother's needs and concerns. He had his own agenda and didn't really care about what I knew about my mom's history and concerns and dismissed pretty much everything she said. The treatment plan was radical. She spent about 6 months under his care because we were willing to try something different, but I should have listened to my gut and walked away in the beginning. If I could give NO stars, I would.

Worst doctor experience of my life
I believe Dr. Arbuck is the worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of having "treat" me. He put me on very expensive and addictive pain medications not covered by my insurance and insisted that I agree to multiple expensive procedures. When I declined a repeat procedure that did not help the first time and was too expensive for me to afford a second time, I was immediately rejected as a patient. I was left quite addicted to the medications he'd prescribed and went through two months of total agony while detoxing. It was so bad that I contemplated suicide. I suffered (and still suffer) tremendous pain from severe spine issues and was kicked out of the clinic simply because I could not afford all the procedures and expensive medications. I would not recommend Dr. Arbuck or the PolyClinic to anyone. Find a compassionate doctor who actually cares about you. You won't find that here.

I was referred to Polyclinic in 2020. After reading reviews I was skeptical and nervous that I was wasting my time. Upon becoming a patient I quickly noticed that Polyclinic was different. From the moment I stepped in the door the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. Dr. Arbuck took the necessary time to get to know my story and what brought me to the clinic. He listened intently and asked questions to ensure he had the proper understanding of my situation. Even after the initial appointment Dr. Arbuck meets with me nearly every month to ensure we are still aligned on my treatment plan. I love that Polyclinic is a one stop shop. They believe in treating the entire person which includes being able to meeting with a Psychologist, Occupational therapist, Neurologist, and anesthesiologist all while in the clinic. This allows the entire team to be familiar with your treatment plan. They are able to meet together as a team to collectively decide your care.

I began seeing Dr. Arbuck about four years ago for a psychiatric condition. I had seen several doctors and been put on countless meds, none of which helped. I had given up hope of ever living a normal life. Dr. Arbuck was able to help me, literally giving me my life back. He seems to genuinely care and is always positive. I highly recommend him and the Indiana Polyclinic.

Dr. Arbuck is an arrogant doctor. He claims to be cutting edge and superior but in reality he is a below average doctor with poor communication skills and poor bedside manner. I tried him out for a year. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I do not recommend him for anyone.

He does not stand up for his patients. I had known him and he was my Dr for 10 years after 2 brain surgeries & nearly unbearable pain . His straight outta school nurse practitioner Mandi is very unproffesional. I do not like the fact that when I asked to speak with the Dr I was told no but yet she went to speak with him to lie and cover her unprofessional childish ways. I'm 50 years old and I will not be called names because I do know my body more then she does. I had a MRI and she had told me I did not have spinal stenosis. Which the MRI clearly stated. She needs to go! He is ok but the practice itself is all about passing you to other Dr's and billing your insurance along with making sure you also have a hefty bill to pay. I left on my own and would not recommend this clinic.

My experience was awful. I went in with some pain and was discharged by them when the pain became unbearable. I asked for some accountability and was shown the door. All smiles and handshakes when his treatment$ works but could care less when they don't. Be careful here!

A stage 4 childhood cancer survivor, my daughter has suffered from chronic pain, neuropathy, and crippling migraines for years. She began seeing Dr. Arbuck over 1 yr ago, the results have been life changing. The treatment is pharmacogenetic testing based to identify the effects of medication & dosages based on her body's metabolism. The individualized plan is cutting edge. He has been nothing but patient and taken considerable time in explaining the treatment to ensure all our understanding.

I was on so many strong opiates before I came to Dr Arbuck. He took the time to assess my issue and make sure I was detoxed properly of off those terrible drugs in the hospital. He explained what brain damage they do. Took his time over. I even referred a friend that he helped immensely. Yes, dextox was difficult, but well worth it. Many thanks

Dr. Arbuck is very dismissive and leaves the impression that he doesn't care about patients. If he can't figure out what is bothering you within five minutes he treats you like a drug addict and gives you Suboxone without actually treating your underlying conditions. If you are looking for a health provider, I suggest going elsewhere as you will receive no help here.

Very abrupt man. He immediately dismissed my diagnoses from previous providers whom I trusted on the first visit I had with him. I didn't find he pushed medication. In fact, he supported discontinuing an antipsychotic drug with troubling side effects, but I never felt like he cared one bit for his patients or respected other providers.

Although the medical staff at Indiana PolyClinic seems to care, the business practices of this organization are the worst I've ever experienced. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for services provided by Indiana PolyClinic, look elsewhere. Whoever makes business decisions for the organization should be fired. If it is the DR, I don't know how you can act like you care about the well-being of your patients and then tolerate such an uncaring, incompetent, and abusive office staff.
