She doesn't care about patients.
She changed medicine that I have been taking for 10 years without conversation. It was very power over. She has made me jump through hoops while she hasn't told me how. She has given me ultimatums. Working with Doertlis Kuschel Schultze-Allen, MD has not been a collaboration. Working with her has felt like trying to make an angry principle in middle school happy. I have serious health concerns which she told me 'Don't make this a nervous tick' but she wouldn't tell me how to solve it. She doesn't believe me when I say what is hurting me. She changed my medicine and ruined my life until I left her practice. I would not suggest this doctor at all. She should not be practicing medicine. She is cold and uncaring. I am legitimately scared to respond to her messages or ask her questions. She has withheld life saving medicine over my head and told me to change my biological function or she would take it away. But she never told me how to fix it. I go to a doctor to get better.

Uncooperative
Dr. Schultze-Allen was adamant about not ordering a test that I requested. Given my chronic medical condition it was an appropriate test to order - I have never had trouble getting this test before and I have had my condition since I was 16. Her refusal was very frustrating as within Kaiser I have very few options.

Her timing is way off. You generally have to wait an hour or more. By then, you want to walk out. She doesn't do enough to help you when you are really sick. I suffered badly for 5 weeks until she finally sent me to a specialist for further help. I needed an operation and eventually got better.

This doctor, along with every other Kaiser Permanente doctor has decided to not treat people with chronic illnesses with the proper due diligence required. It is a shame that this institution and doctors like this exist.

I waiter over 45 minutes to see this doctor and only because I was walking out did the staff prompt her to act. Some vague excuse about emergency. Not buying it, this doctor did little to gain my confidence or satisfaction

Doertlis Schultze-Allen gave me a prostate exam which went smoothly but I came in to get my arm injury checked out. Then she ordered X rays for my right pinky toe. I left feeling confused and violated and upset my original issues was not addressed and now have to set up another appointment.
