Administration service is terriable.
I got a call from Doctor Kim's office that my arm brace request is approved. And asked me to go to a medical device shop designated. I went there but they said, "We haven't got any referrals." Called the doctor's office and explained the situation. Then they said "OK. Go to another shop. They will sell the brace with no problem." Went there again. This shop said "We do not accept your HMO insurance. We handle Medicare only." I had to call the PCP office again and complained "You have to lead me to a proper shop where they accept my insurance. Aren't you?" Then that staff said "We don't know which shop accepts your insurance. The brace is only for $20 to $40. Pay full with your money without insurance." OMG! Because of her, I did fruitless visits twice. She never said "I am sorry". Then she made me a stingy and scanty person. I just wanted to use my health insurance. What a kind attitude I have ever seen!!
