Implant put in wrong, costing me thousands!
Dr. Coletti did an implant for me a year ago. It turns out it wasn't placed correctly and wasn't deep enough. So there wasn't enough room for my upper teeth, and every crown I got would break (I'm on my 4th crown now). Multiple dentists have shaved down my upper tooth, but it still isn't enough. I've had to spend thousands trying to get this corrected. It's been over a year since I've been able to chew on that side of my mouth. I'm told I need to get the implant redone. 12 month, 4 crowns, and a dozen visits to 4 different dentists & a prosthodontist later, I'm told I need to get the implant redone. When contacted, Dr.Coletti denied responsibility and refused to refund the thousands I spent on the implant, much less the thousands I've had to spend since then on crowns and specialists to try to correct the situation. I'm obviously not going to go to him to get the implant redone. I am not going to make the same mistake twice!

The Doctor's Doctor
I recently visited Dr. Coletti for an extraction procedure. From the moment I walked into his office, I was impressed by the friendly staff and clean, modern atmosphere. Dr. Coletti was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable before beginning the surgery. During the procedure, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Coletti is skilled and efficient, and the surgery went smoothly. The term "The Doctor's Doctor" is often used to refer to a doctor who is highly respected by others for their expertise and clinical skills. These experts in their field and are often consulted by other healthcare providers. Dr. Coletti is The Doctor's Doctor. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Coletti to anyone in need of an oral surgeon. His staff is friendly and professional, and his expertise and communication skills are top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to visit him again for any future dental needs."

wisdom teeth
Dr. Coletti and team were simply amazing in the extraction of my son's wisdom teeth. From start to finish we knew we were in the right place. During the consultation Dr. Coletti explained why the wisdom teeth needed to be removed. The procedure itself was smooth sailing with very little discomfort. My son's healing was way ahead of schedule. I attribute this to the doctor's high level of skill. As a family we felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this practice.

STAY AWAY!!
I rarely leave reviews; however, after my experience here, I want to make sure no one goes through what I did. Got wisdom teeth removed, mom told me the nurse rushed me out while I wasn’t even fully awake from my anesthesia. (Don’t remember leaving the office)Had the absolute worst recovery (said I was a rare case) gave me higher antibiotics (which didn’t fit well with me), and vomited all night (no one picked up the emergency line), warned me not to wait for doctor’s permission and if I feel “weird” to go to the ER. Gave me extra antibiotics, had 2 pills left over with dosage and was advised to not take them. (Since when has science/medicine changed?) Doctor seems friendly at first, but, rushes you, doesn’t take the time to thoroughly explain questions/ concerns. Nurses rush you. Front desk (except Amanda) is extremely rude and obviously doesn’t want to work there and shouldn’t with that attitude. PLEASE AVOID & DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE 5-STAR REVIEWS. HORRIBLE PRACTICE.

Please choose another surgeon for your physical comfort and pocketbook. He is rude, condescending and will overcharge if he can.

Dr. Coletti has done wisdom teeth extraction for 3 of my girls. All have gone very smoothly and He is extremely diligent in his procedures. I really appreciated how he explained each of the surgeries for each of my girls since all were a little different. After the procedures he checked up with the girls and answered all questions I had. His staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I have one more son and will be taking him to Dr. Coletti as well. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Coletti has removed both my daughter’s (two years ago) and my son’s (this summer) wisdom teeth. He is extremely thorough both pre and post procedure and his offfice staff are very responsive. Dr. Coletti even made special follow-up calls to check on both of my children. I highly recommend him and his practice.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Coletti. It was an excellent experience. He immediately put her and I at ease when we came into the office. His nurses and assistants were also caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Coletti checked on her that evening. She recovered quickly with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Coletti.

I went to Dr. Coletti to have a tooth removed. He had the tooth out almost before I knew he had begun. I was apprehensive going in but this was the smoothest and fastest major dental procedure I've ever had done. It also healed up very well. Based on my experience I recommend Dr. Coletti to anyone.

Best dental experience I have ever had !!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Central Maryland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and especially Dr Coletti ! I have Dentophobia, an "extreme" fear of dentists, but when I had to have teeth extracted, Dr Coletti and his staff made me feel at ease and it was the best dentist experience I have had in my 65 years. The worse pain I felt was the novocaine pinch. Nothing more ! Wish I would have had this experience younger !!!

Dr. Coletti is the kindest dentist you can imagine. My husband passed away recently making me somewhat fragile and I am, in any case, dental phobic. He was so kind, so thoughtful, put me at ease....And the actual work that was done was quick, easy, no complications whatsoever and a full heal. He's the guy. I'll never go to anyone else for the kind of work he does.

My experience with Dr. Colette and the office staff was outstanding. I had an accident which required immediate attention. A friend referred me to his office and they took me in immediately so i could avoid an ER visit. What a gift! I received caring competent care from everyone and Dr. Coletti was compassionate and very helpful to allay some of my fears. I had complete confidence in him and am truly appreciative. Follow up visits have been thorough and efficient. Thank you!!
