Like Aubrey, hate Nicky
His receptionist needs a major attitude adjustment. She's always very rude & never gets to messages in a timely matter.

I have been seeing Dr. Aubrey consistently for over 5 years. He is an excellent doctor. I have made significant progress in many aspects of my life both personal and professional that I would not have been able to do on my own.

I have been struggling with mental health issues for 25 years. First 15 years, numerous doctors and was still sinking. I can honestly say that Dr Aubrey saved my life. I always recommend him to people that have suffered as I did. I am truly blessed to finally be under the care of a doctor who is so knowledgeable and compassionate!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Aubrey?
My experience with Dr. Aubrey as a patient has been deplorable. He almost never completes any paperwork or documents for any entities in a timely fashion. He is very abrupt and impatient and eagerly and has poor empathic skills as evidenced by his desire to end the session as fast as possible. I can clearly see this through his defensive body language, tone of voice, and rude and dismissive comments. Also, he is very rigid in his thinking and cannot flexibility adjust to the medical profession. Dr. Aubrey is very unprofessional. If you want someone empathic, patient, receptive, and comforting, Dr. Aubrey is NOT the person for you.

I was a patient of Dr Aubrey for 8 years. I took a two year hiatus. I recently called to re-establish care. I advised his assistant, Nicky, that I hadn't been able to find employment, savings were depleted, requested Dr. to work with me re: my financial situation. Per Nicky, he refused and she spoke to me in a rude manner. Not sure if she actually talked to him, but she definitely triggered my PTSD. Something, somewhere is wrong at this office.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Aubrey?
While our 23 year old son generally liked Dr.Aubrey’s demeanor, a couple of things made us seek a new doctor after 2 visits. Our son has struggled with mental health issues for 8 years, treated with a myriad of medications, and brought records with him. Nevertheless, he prescribed an SSRI( didn’t help in the past )which sent him into a manic spiral. When we called the office, receptionist said he would get back to us when he returned from being out of the country. That was 10 days ago,no call
