DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR"! Left us waiting for over hour and half past the appointment time they made sitting in over crowded waiting room in pain with broken wrist, didn't examine wrist at all when we finally did get in, recommended simple splint that he didn't even have in a supposed orthopedic specialty office then suggested that we purchase it at the local pharmacy and have the pharmacist set the wrist with it. THIS GUY IS A PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING AND AN EVEN WORSE DOCTOR THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY!

Terrible Service! Called at 9 am to tell me my 10:15 appointment was cancelled because Dr Bassman couldn’t be available with no other explanation. What happened to working and taking care of your patients?

Dr. Bassman is great. His support staff not so much. I've been calling for nearly three months now trying to get copies of my medical records with Dr. Bassman and I either get "I'll have his daughter call you back" or I get an answering machine. Neither one gets me a call back and I still don't have any records to speak of. I just wonder if he's aware of the run-around I (and probably other patients) am getting...

Have seen Dr. Bassman for various medical reasons over the years. Latest surgery was hip replacement. Also injuried my lower lumbar and wanted to consult if I damaged anything else. Excellent experience, easy to talk to and he listens and explains condition well. Excellent follow up. I would highly recommend him.

I have suffered with severe Osteoarthritis most of my adult life. Dr. Bassman has replaced both of my knees, one hip, and repaired rotator cuffs in both of my shoulders. I have had zero complications from any of my surgeries. Following his post op orders I have had no problems. Thanks to Dr. Bassman I am now in less pain than I have been in years.

My mother has been his patient for a few months. When we call his office for updated care instructions we get voice mail with a full inbox 50% of the time. It usually takes 2 to 3 days before we can leave a message and get a call back. Very frustrating.

Dr. Bassman is impatient and has little bedside manner. He rushes you through your appointment and doesn't like when you ask questions. The staff at his office is amazing. The ladies are all friendly and polite, too bad he is not.

I don’t think he has spent more than 1 minute in my exam room with me. I have been in pain for 8 months and since my secret nd MRI didn’t show any change in results, he pretty much told me he can’t do ANYTHING. There was no next step from his mouth or any bedside manners. I am talking to tricare to see if they will ban him from their list to prevent any other service members from going there and ripping them off. Please do not go to this man. Nurse staff was great, unfortunate to work with him.

I went in for a shoulder surgery and was suppose to have full use in less then a year. Here I am a year and 7 months later with only 50% use of my left arm!!! I will have to live with this pain for the rest of my life and gets away with treating people like they are beneath him!!! I would never recommend this man for any medical procedure!! He’s not even a good person!!! Lousy bedside manner and completely narcissistic!!! If I could give him half a star I would!!!

We love Dr. Bassman! He has fixed miniscus tear on my husband and also helped with trigger fingers, and Carpal Tunnel surgery. Has also done shoulder surgery on both my son and myself. Can't say anything but good about him! If you want the best, he is it!
