Knows the tools
My experience w/ Dr. Black was in 2008. Life long resp issues. Have since had to move insurance plans (& states), but he was awesome. He knows his stuff & I think we should all work that hard in our professions. In addition to the regular asthma & allergy meds I was taking (& he might have changed one or two, don't recall that), he suggested I try an obscure nasal emollient named Ponaris in addition to my other management meds. It has since changed the lives of MANY people I've shared the good news with, as they saw their allergy-induced flareups (throat tickles, coughs, extra germs in face consequent to wiping) DECREASE dramatically. "Look Ma, no sinus infections! Pending allergy related asthma attacks, goodbye!!" I was left the impression that Dr. Black knows the tools in his box, & genuinely cares for his patients. *Not every person is for everybody, & that's true of all professions. Find a dr you can trust & feel comfortable; go with that.*

Donald black is arrogant, pompous. Looks down his nose at patients. Thinks they're all stupid. Black is bad medicine. Cheat health insurers and patients and if that isn't bad enough he has bad breath and farts.

My first visit with Dr Black was more than impressive. He literally spent an hour with me reviewing my medical history followed by a through examination before giving me his diagnosis. He is very professional and comprehensive. His personality is very friendly. If anyone needs an excellent allergist, I highly recommend Dr Black!

Dr. Black is thorough -- he takes time to listen to your needs and sincerely cares about his patients. Also, the allergy serum for the immunizations he has is stronger than many other doctor's offices which usually means better results! Yay!
