Dr. Donald Decino, DDS

Very professional staff. The front desk ladies are extremely polite. They gave me a pre-op estimate. Of course this is only an estimate-they are unsure about costs until they inquire about your insurance. Roxy is awesome - she is one of Dr. Decino's assistants. One thing that did surprise me was the 360-Xray cost. This should be explained in detail that this is not a normal xray cost that is covered. My implant surgery went seamlessly. Very happy with Dr. Decino's expertise and the results.

I would avoid at all costs. Apparently their"verbal "policy at time of making appointment is to tell prospective patient the fee for consults. Did not happen. Then I was told I should have been told the fee when X-rays were taken . Did not happen. Get $436 charge that I was not made aware of. Basically I was told I was a liar as office manager stated I would have been told of charge. She said this has been a problem before, hence the "verbal" policy, of which I did not get. Would not go back!

My 13 year old son had 2 teeth pulled last week. We were very happy with the surgery and treatment received at Dr. Decino's office.

Horrible did not recieven enough anesthesia. Woke up middle of surgery. When I finally come to. I. Getting yelled at by the doctor. They didn't finish the surgery. This the most unprofessional I have been treated ever. I would not recommend him to anyone.
