Called to ask questions for my father and the staff was terrible but oh my God THE DR.WAS A TERRIBLE MAN. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE. DON'T GO THERE.

Excellent First Experience
I recently changed my primary care provider to Dr. Edelschick and my first encounter with him was wonderful. He has a warm persona . Clearly , he values his career as well as his patients.

Awful staff, sent Dr to lunch while I waited !
Absolutely awful staff!. Meilin at front desk sent Doctor on lunch break instead of seeing me. Waited in front waiting room for 40 min. Doctor comes out and asks if he has patients or can he take lunch break. She says take a break. I am in plain view. I come up and ask her when I’m going to be seen, I have 1:30 appointment and it’s past that hour. How dare she send him to lunch! She said some nonsense about waiting for insurance to clear. She didn’t call doctor over to fix situation either. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !
