apart from the time that we have to wait for the doctor to even come into the room which is usually over and hour for a 10 minute visit. I needed something singed for my daughter for school and they weren't even able to get that done. I gave them about 4 days and no one followed up and when I called because it was the last day she had to bring it in, the doctor wasn't even in. its frustrating when your PCP cant do things in a timely fashion. I never call to ask for anything or bother them. the only time I reach out to them is when I need to make an appointment once a year! I will be looking for a new PCP after this
