Dr. Donald Paoletti - best psychiatrist
Dr. Paoletti is the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. And I have seen many, mostly ones who don't really care or listen. He treated me like an actual individual human being who requires help, respect, and has very good ideas for treatment (in my case, severe depression and panic disorder). He, unlike so many others, did not work by a guideline for EVERYONE, unlike the chain mental health clinic I left, where I was not treated well nor as an individual. He treated me more like client than a patient. He let me voice my own opinions, and he would always consider them and not shoot me down. He truly worked with me. He believed that my thoughts and opinions were valid. He really worked WITH me, unlike any psychiatrist I've ever seen. He had fantastic ideas that were out of the ordinary. He knew more about medications than anyone I have ever worked with. He was the best! I miss him so very much!

Shocked
Our son began seeing Dr. P regularly as a teenager and up into his late 20's. Dr. P knew our son very well, having treated him for years. Our son passed away just weeks after an appointment. When I called to tell Dr. P, his receptionist intercepted the call and did not agree to tell him and he never called me. We never recieved a sympathy card. We were shown more respect by the veterinarian when our dog died.

I’ve been seeing Dr P since I was a kid and cannot say enough great things about him! He is always super helpful and listens and addresses your concerns. I just hope he never retires! I might even cry the day he does retire. As a kid I remember him being easy to connect with and open up to.

Long time patient – Jan 01, 2022

I work for a referring physician and attempted to make an appointment for a deaf patient. I advised them the patient was deaf and was told that it was their office policy that they had to speak to the patient. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the woman I was speaking to was the manager. I was told that if she was standing in front of me I could make the appointment for her. The patient was in the office, but I would still be speaking for her! THAT is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in my life. I thought this was so unreasonable that I decided to refer my patient to a different psychiatrist's office and will not be referring to any of the doctor's at your facility.
