Excellent procedure
I needed spinal joint injections and Dr. Sachs was recommended. He was very professional and my surgery went very well. He doesn’t make a lot of small talk but if you engage him - he responds positively. The entire surgical team was excellent from my first encounter until I was out like a light! Seemed like a millisecond. My recovery was quick and easy and I was on my way home before I knew it! Felt so good we stopped and ate on the way home - Drive in of course but we stopped and ate there.Just waiting for my follow up appointment and am actually following all post-surgical instructions because I want this to work!Again, very grateful to Dr. Sachs, his surgical expertise and his medical staff and colleagues.I couldn’t be happier thus far.

Fails to take patient seriously
After two back surgeries by age 24 and now needing a third was referred here. Was greeted with an attitude at the front desk and it didn't get any better for the visit. Was told to lose weight and try therapy. Claimed previous surgery's were not needed but didn't even request or look at images, dr reports, nothing. Responded with do some therapy and lose weight. Here we are 6 months later, still fighting the pain and the symptoms have only gotten worse. Living on narcotics and steroids which is HORRIBLE in itself. ER/CT/MRI says need surgery asap and unfortunately referred back to Sachs. Will NEVER support this practice. Patients are the heart of your business, while I get you are in Florida and patients come a dime a dozen, treat them all with respect give them your undivided attention and for goodness sakes hire staff who care and support your practice!! If it is bad from the call, the visit wont be any better!

Don't Prioritize Patient Appointments
Waited well over a month for an appointment. After the initial consult Dr Sachs ordered an MRI, nerve study and physical therapy. After scheduling these appointments. I called Dr Sachs office to schedule a follow up and the first appointment to discuss the results was going to be almost 2 months out. Meanwhile I have been suffering with a lot of pain taking 5 200 milligram Ibuprofens every 4 hours to keep functioning and to sleep. We have great meds for pain, but everyone seems afraid to prescribe them. Our Healthcare system is severely Broken.

Worst care ever received
Spent months waiting, having an MRI done, trips to therapy only to have Dr. tell me take anti-inflammatory. Insisted there wasn't an MRI done. My insurer will beg to differ on that one. Wanted to implant a device in me before they even diagnosed what was wrong. I guess I spent a weekend using a walker and 2 trips to the ER because all I needed was some anti inflammatory. Dr. strictly in it for the money and had a "I'm better than you" attitude and I was treated like I knew nothing!

Bad Back – Feb 01, 2023

horrible
Was sent for an MRI of my left arm and shoulder - when I got to the MRI place, the NP had sent an order for my lower back! They had to call the NP and get the correct order for the correct area. They DO NOT listen! I have had nothing but bad experiences with them - very unprofessional.

Thorough, patient, and extremely competent!
I have had a few procedures with Dr. Sachs. I would recommend him to my own children. I did have a SCS, Spinal Cord Stimulator, procedure done. Everything was explained by the Dr. and his wonderful PA, Lashawn. I was very anxious about the SCS trial which was done in his office. It was painless. I love his personality, I can joke with him which helps to relax me! The nurses in the surgical center tell me he would be their doctor of choice.

Dr. Sachs is an extraordinary Dr. He makes sure he has enough X-rays (MRI’s, basic X-rays, advance X-rays, and CT scan) that way he has all the correct information, so if you need surgery he has the correct info to do an excellent surgery. I would trust him with any surgery I need done. Thanks Dr Sachs for helping to get my back & neck, so I can get some pain relief. Again thank you, Melody Turner

It would be a 0 star if they offered it, my mom needed back surgery and also had cancer. He was in the middle of her back surgery and took on another patient and left my mom's back open and sent her to icu overnight. She was in horrible pain and he did not care. He finished her surgery the next day, because at this point no other doctor will take over. Then his bed side was awful, she was in terrible pain after the surgery due to the cancer. Where he tells her you need to get up and walk and you will be all better. I would not recommend him to anyone. He was so nice when he first met with us---it does not last. Find a doctor that cares about you more than money!

I was an athlete my whole life and had severe weakness and loss of muscle in left arm . Doctor Sachs amazed me with what he has done for me . Always explained what he planned on doing. Being evasive he first gave me injections of lidocaine. 2nd procedure carterized 8 nerve endings . I had severe c4, c5, c6, c7, buldged discs Last procedure was spinal fusion and I will admit was in pain a lot afterwards, but now recovering fast. Before these procedures and surgery I was almost to the point where I couldn’t even lift a yetti, healing fast and just wanted to share my experience. I also referred my mother to Dr. Sachs and she is almost 86. I know she is in great hands and very confident that she will be a lot more pain free . Thank you so much Doctor Sachs, Randy

Not even 1 Star saw the nurse practitioner not the dr. He don’t work. No joke he only does surgery. The lady there worked me up to waist me time and health insurance money. Got no where! Did not do test blood work mei cat scan or x Ray only wanted me to do shots or a hf-10 so they can make money. They don’t care about my health only their pockets and wallets. Don’t go to the winter haven fl location across from bond clinic you will be sorry as hell. No help at all.

I am getting more and more frustrated as time goes on. I had an appointment the first part of November. Was told I should get a stimulator inserted in my back. I needed to think about it, since it was the first time I was ever told that. I didn't know enough and wanted to research it as well as a second opinion. As I was driving home, my phone rings, I answer it's LaShawn, the doctor assistant, who proceeds to tell me "she rushed me out of the office so fast, she forgot to look at my x ray. You need kyphoplasty immediately. You have a fracture." I say ok...where is it? She says it's the place I am complaining about. I tell her the pain is so intense. Yes, she says, I have prescribed you something...oxycodone and she adds...she never gives out a script for pain pills, but now sees why I have been in such pain. I go somewhere else for a second opinion...same MRI same x ray that I delivered to Dr Sachs office. Not the same suggestions. I decided to go back to LaShawn and Dr Sachs after
