I was referred to Dr. Sweet for some irregular blood test results to determine the specific issue that I was having. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and was able to explain it to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was very personable, funny, and spent a long time talking to me. I never felt like he was rushing through to get to the next patient. I have seen him several times since then, and I have always had the same great experience. I have spoken to his nurse, Sue, on the phone a couple of times, and she couldn’t be any nicer. And another woman, Marianne, really worked hard to try to find lower cost medication for me. Honestly, I have never had a better experience at a doctors office and I highly recommend Dr. Sweet!!

In 1980 I was diagnosed with 4th stage lymphoma. Dr. Sweet Treated me with mild chemo for 2years . I was in remission until 1986 when the disease attacked my spine . I had radiation and chemotherapy for 6 mos. I went into remission until 1989. Cancer returned Round the neck and throat . Had further radiation . I lived cancer free until 2010 when I developed breast cancer. I had 33 treatments of radiation . Finally in 2014 I developed another type of Lymphoma . This one was nastier and I had 8 mos. of heavy duty chemo . I am feeling great . Because of Dr. Sweet I have lived to see my 3 children graduate from college . One is a physician. One a successful attorney and one with a double masters in business. I have lived to see 5 grandchildren 3of whom have already graduated from college . One of whom will get his PHD in physics next year. My husband andI have travelled the world and I bless Dr. Sweet always for his ability and given me 40 years and still counting.

Dr. Sweet and couldn't have been kinder and more knowledgeable. I had received abnormal blood test results and feared the worst. Dr. Sweet clearly explained to me what he was seeing and took a detailed look at the relevant medical files to try to better understand the situation. He ordered a final blood test to confirm things were back to normal and I waited while he analyzed the results during the appointment. I'm lucky I don't have to return anytime soon but would definitely recommend him.

Started seeing him 15 years ago for CML. Put in remission with routine chemo; then placed on Gleevac 2 months after it first came out. Still on it. Still in remission. Avoided bone marrow transplant (thank God). This doctor saved me, and has been so kind to me.
